We are thrilled to announce the addition of Sarah Day to the iNetwork team, where she has assumed the role of Stakeholder Engagement Manager for the Transforming & Innovating Public Services (TIPS) Programme.
In her role as the TIPS programme lead, Sarah will be responsible for organising the iNetwork activities that support the network. In particular, to support the iNetwork membership in the areas of digital, data, communities, people and place.
Sarah has achieved a masters in Architecture from the Manchester School of Architecture, where she is also currently a PhD researcher with research around improving engagement practices with local people in large scale redevelopment contexts. She has previously worked at GMCA within the Ageing Hub team with a focus on creating partnerships between public sector stakeholders and citizens in place to improve neighbourhood services.
Sarah is looking forward to joining iNetwork and sharing her experiences and learning. On her appointment Sarah said the following:
“I have a passion for working collaboratively with those in the public sector to improve place-based services for citizens. I am really looking forward to being part of the TIPS programme and getting involved in such a broad and innovative network. Outside of work I enjoy all things arts based, whether that’s architecture, pottery or life drawing. I am really looking forward to supporting you however I can!”
Join us in welcoming Sarah to iNetwork and do reach out to Sarah if you have any ideas for TIPS event topics or you would like support from the TIPS programme.
