#iNetworkDigital
What is this about?
This public sector digital conference is not about channel shift. Instead we’re looking at how we can use digital technology and innovation to do the hard(er) stuff such as prevention, early intervention and inclusion to improve quality of life and wellbeing.
The silo working approach to delivering services across the local public sector and the salami slicing approach to savings and change, simply toys with the supply side. We need to think differently about designing services for a digital age and to support the needs of our citizens, clients, patients, customers before they reach crisis; before they present themselves at A&E, social services, homeless shelters etc. This means looking at prevention, helping our customers navigate the complex and increasingly devolved world of public services, and supporting the most digitally excluded in a digital age.
The conference therefore features three main topic areas: digital inclusion, navigating public services, and prevention & early intervention. Using the successful format of last year’s digital conference, delegates will have an opportunity to tailor their conference experience. The conference offers quick 25 minute lightening talks, one hour workshops, and exhibition space to freely network.
What did our delegates say about us last year?
