At iNetwork, our mission is to connect people, ideas and organisations, through our events, communities of practice, networks and learning opportunities across the public sector. We create safe spaces where professionals can share knowledge, explore innovation and learn from one another.
We know that some of the most valuable learning happens through conversations with peers facing similar challenges. That’s why we continue to develop opportunities that help our members build meaningful relationships, exchange experiences and strengthen their professional networks.
Growing Our Member Offer
As our network continues to evolve, so does the support we provide to members. We are always looking for new ways to encourage collaboration, facilitate knowledge sharing and create opportunities for professional development.
Our latest addition to the iNetwork offer is Peer Connect, a new co-mentoring scheme designed to bring together public sector professionals from across the network in supportive peer partnerships.
What is Peer Connect?
Peer Connect is a co-mentoring programme that enables participants to learn from one another through structured, reciprocal relationships. Unlike traditional mentoring, co-mentoring is not based on one person having greater expertise than the other. Instead, both participants contribute equally, sharing experiences, perspectives and insights to support each other’s development.
By creating a dedicated space for reflection and discussion, Peer Connect encourages participants to explore challenges, develop new ideas and gain fresh perspectives on their professional journey.
Creating Meaningful Connections Across Our Network
Peer Connect brings together professionals from different organisations, disciplines and backgrounds, helping to foster stronger connections across the public sector.
Participants are thoughtfully matched to help create productive and supportive partnerships, with consideration given to factors such as professional interests, values and experience. Through these connections, members can benefit from shared learning, broaden their perspectives and build relationships that extend beyond the programme itself.
Looking Ahead
The launch of Peer Connect reflects iNetwork’s ongoing commitment to supporting the people behind public sector innovation and improvement.
By expanding our member offer and creating new opportunities for peer learning and collaboration, we aim to help our community continue to connect, grow and learn from one another. We look forward to seeing the conversations, relationships and insights that emerge as Peer Connect gets underway.
