I wonder if anyone can help me. I am snowed under with our Transformation Programme and could do with some additional business/system analysis resource on my team for a couple of projects.
 
Is anyone able to provide resource externally on a day rate on a short term basis (over a couple of months part time)?
 
The 2 projects I need someone for are both involve options appraisals for ICT system replacements (one client management and one CRM) and would involve:
 

  •        Understanding objectives
  •        Mapping ‘As is’ processes
  •        Understanding business change requirements
  •        Working with the business to identify functional requirements
  •        Supporting the business to work with suppliers to appraise options against requirements
  •        Supporting the business to make a recommendation based on cost and best fit

 
Ideally I am also looking for someone who also has some PM skills.
I would be overseeing the projects.
 
Can anyone help or point me in the direction of anywhere else?
