iNetwork has three core programmes; Connected Procurement and Commissioning (CPC), Effective Information Sharing and Security (EISS) and Transforming and Innovating Public Services (TIPS) which theme the iNetwork activity delivery. Alongside this, the team also hosts the iStandUK programme, which aims to promote Data Standards that support Efficiency, Transformation, and Transparency of Local Public Services in the UK.

Each programme has a Network Leadership Group (NLG) or an executive board, that consist of dedicated iNetwork members who are leading practitioners in their field. The NLGs serve as both a programme board and a leadership forum for collaboration across the local public sector. The NLGs across the programmes regularly convene to discuss trending topics and challenges in the local public sector. Discussions held within the network meetings directly inform programme delivery, ensuring hosted activity is relevant and informed.

Representatives on the groups regularly change and expand due to job changes and new members engaging with the iNetwork and iStandUK programmes, in recent month there have been a number of changes and additions across the NLGs and boards;
