iNetwork has launched the first new service offer in 2025. The iNetwork Champions Programme was formally launched earlier this week for the benefit of its members.
At the heart of the Champions programme is the idea that more needs to be done by iNetwork to ensure that organisations get the most out of their membership with us. A key message that came out of the iNetwork Executive Board away day, back in June 2024 when the three-year strategic directions for iNetwork was set, was the recognition that engagement with iNetwork member organisation across all iNetwork services and programmes was inconsistent.
The champions programme is a service designed to harness the most engaged iNetwork members to be Champions, so that they and their organisations get the most out of their membership of iNetwork. Champions are the conduit for sharing iNetwork related news, events and offers with their colleagues. They will be the first to hear about the newest offers that iNetwork makes available to their members. Champions are effectively our temperature gauge for how well we are supporting their organisation.
iNetwork plans to formalise annual membership check-ins, which are meetings with member organisations to review their membership and level of engagement. Champions and network leadership group (NLG) members will be invited to attend these check-ins.
In return for their support and efforts, iNetwork wishes to invest in the career growth and development of the individuals that sign up to be a Champion. Champions will be offered exclusive access to networking events, master classes, training, opportunities to present/speak, and the option to participate in the peer mentoring programme.
We are limiting each organisation to a maximum of nine champions, across all of iNetwork programme areas:
- Transforming & Innovating Public Services (TIPS)
- Effective Information Sharing & Security (EISS)
- Connected Procurement & Commissioning (CPC)
- iStandUK (for data standards)
